Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the ISO Certification Uganda Project website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use our services.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information for certification processes
• Attend scheduled training sessions punctually
• Complete required coursework and assessments
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials
• Respect intellectual property rights

You agree NOT to:

• Share or distribute training materials without permission
• Use services for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with other users' learning experience
• Provide false credentials or documentation
• Reverse-engineer proprietary methodologies

Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Payment Requirements

• Full payment required before training commencement
• Corporate accounts available with approved credit terms
• Payments accepted: Bank transfer, Mobile Money, Credit Cards
• All prices are in Uganda Shillings (UGX) unless stated otherwise

Refund Policy

Full Refund (100%):

• Cancellation 14+ days before training
• Course cancellation by us

Partial Refund (50%):

• Cancellation 7-13 days before training
• Medical emergency with documentation

Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, methodologies, templates, and training content are the exclusive property of ISO Certification Uganda Project and its partners. This includes but is not limited to:

• Training presentations
• Assessment materials
• Implementation templates

• Audit checklists
• Procedural documents
• Certification guides

• Logo and branding
• Website content
• Proprietary methodologies

Limitation of Liability

Our Commitment:

• Provide high-quality training and consulting services
• Deliver services according to ISO standards
• Maintain professional competence and integrity
• Support your certification journey

Limitations:

• Certification success depends on your implementation
• We are not liable for third-party certification body decisions
• Maximum liability limited to service fees paid
• No guarantee of specific business outcomes

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

1. Direct negotiation - Good faith discussion to resolve issues
2. Mediation - Through recognized mediation services in Kampala
3. Arbitration - Under Uganda Arbitration and Conciliation Act
4. Court jurisdiction - High Court of Uganda, Commercial Division
